The returned alternator must be a compatible rebuildable core. Please contact us if you have questions about core eligibility or the return process.

WARRANTY

This alternator includes a 5-year limited warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, Anchor Motorworks may require diagnostic testing or other information necessary to determine the cause of failure. At our discretion, an approved warranty claim will be repaired or replaced.

Warranty coverage does not apply to units contaminated or damaged by oil, fuel, coolant, water intrusion/submersion, improper installation, external electrical faults, or other conditions unrelated to the remanufacturing of the alternator.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Anchor Motorworks is not responsible for consequential damages or labor costs associated with diagnosis, removal, or installation of the alternator.
